Treaty 6 Territory, Saskatoon SK – The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN) requests the publics assistance in locating a First Nations man who has been missing since January 1, 2023.

Thirty-two-year-old Dwight Whitehead was last seen by friends on New Year's Eve around 2:00 a.m. walking away from the Comfort Inn hotel located at 3863 2nd Avenue West in Prince Albert, Sask. Dwight's family has been conducting their own search in addition to the Prince Albert Police Service.

Dwight was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and a hat. He was without his winter jacket and cell phone. FSIN is providing support to the family and is asking the media to share photos of Whitehead with the public to locate the man.

If anyone thinks they may have seen Whitehead or has any information that could assist in locating Dwight, they are encouraged to contact the Prince Albert Police Service immediately.
