SPIRIT OF OUR NATIONS
CULTURAL CELEBRATION AND POW WOW

Tānisi, Anīn Šikwa, Edlqnét’e, Hau Koda, Hau Kona, Hau Kola!
Greetings from the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN). We want to express our gratitude to the Elders, Veterans, Singers, and Dancers who will participate in the 2024 FSIN Pow Wow and Cultural Celebration and the many people who will join us. The power of our dances, songs, and prayers will be ‘Healing Our Spirits’ together.
The pow-wow is a vital part of our First Nations’ cultural traditions and gatherings. It shows we could not be broken. Together, we demonstrate the strength and resilience of our First Nations’ people. We are incredibly proud of the many children and youth who are participating in this cultural gathering. They show us how much culture matters for our future well-being and prosperity.
We want to acknowledge our 2024 FSIN Spirit of Our Nations Pow Wow Committee. They have worked hard and dedicated their time, heart, and energy to make this gathering happen. We could not have done it without their awesome teamwork to make each year a welcoming place for all.
FSIN wants to thank the sponsors and supporters of the pow-wow. We appreciate the generosity and assistance of SIGA and BHP. They make this gathering possible for all of us.
Your presence at the pow-wow is significant and appreciated. We enjoy watching you participate in our intertribals, different styles of dances and ceremonies, and we hope you learned something new and valuable from the experience. We hope you have a wonderful time at the pow-wow and that you will come back next year. We look forward to seeing each of you again and continuing our friendship. Thank you for your support and respect for the First Nations people in this area of Turtle Island.
Miigwetch, Teniki, Marsi, Wopida, Thank you
